I have an ARM (8.15%) with First Franklin Loan Services. My arm lifted in Oct. '08 and my int. went to 9.5%. I applyed for a mort. mod. and they finally approved one by 2/09, only they marked it back to the original arm percentage, 8.15%. I can't refinance due to the fact that my house is under water. The whole experience w/First Franklin was horrible, they were very rude and didn't explain the mort. mod to me at all & I was forced to sign before given any other option, telling me if I didn't that the offer was null & void. Any advice? Can you help me?
