My Dad passed away in January of 2008. My parents mortgage was in his name only, but all of our (Mom, Kids) names are on the deed. My Mom needs to get the house in her name at a better interest rate so her payments will be lower, but she has NO credit. Everything was always in my dad's name. She is living on her Social Security check and needs lower payments. What should she do?
