I'm sorry to write thius letter to your company Hope For Homeowners, but I need help.

I had recently was working with your Glendale Arizona office with a person named Russell Emerick, I had all the paperwork done, They had me send in my $1000.00 that they need right away. A couple of days later they informed me that it was to late to do anything that my home was already sold. So with that info they told me that they were going to send my refund back to me ($1000.00)I have not received anything from them. I have been calling the company and speaking to a receptionist by the name of Ashley. Everytime I call I get the run around (either they are on the phone or gone for the day). I even asked if I may talk to a Manager and she said that she would take a message and no one calls me back. This has been going on for a couple of months now. I sent an email to the office stating that I still have not received anything from them. Well they faxed me a paper to sign for the refund and to mail it and fax it back to them. I did all this and still haven't gotten anywere. Its to the point now that I have contacted an attorney and that it I do not hear back from anyone regarding getting my refund of $1000.00 by the end of this week, we will proceed in taking this to court. So, please if someone can get back to me I would really appreciate it. Or if you can send me my refund to my home address:16327 E. Lemongrqass Ct. La Puente, CA 91744 to my attention Naomi Saldana.

And if you can respond back to me stating that you have received this email and that you will be helping with this problem. I do not want to take your company to court, but if I have too then so be it.
