I got my modification letter and it looked good,but i wanted to let my real estate lawyer thumb it and give me the ok.So by the time i got it looked at and Notorized,i was still ok with my deadline which was Aug 10th.well on the 10th i get a denial letter,seems the notary put my name where hers was supposed to go,so i call NO HOPE,and they tell me sorry the deadline is today your getting denied,i re-notarize the second copy i have and over night it with a Shameless plee to accept the second one because i'm on the verge of homelessness,well it gets denied,because on the notary sheet theres a long line,that looks like it breaks a Paragrah,well no,my name needs to be printed there,FOR HEAVEN SAKE SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE TO SIGN ALREADY....Anyway i put my name on both notorized letters at that stupid line and sent them back in over night of course,i sure HOPE someone there is compasionate enough to accept one of the correctly notorized letters..Unreal i am gonna lose my home because of this.I put this here so hopefully it helps someone else.
