where to begin? 2 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0  
I'm not sure where to go now. I have 2 homes and tried to re-fi and loan mod myself thru my 2 mortgage banks - Wells Fargo & Countrywide/B of A but to no avail- was turned down. It seems unfair to have to pay an attorney $3,000 per loan mod but where else can I turn to?
