anybody have any luck with Saxon Mortgage? The website says they are participating in the hope now, but all they did for me was give me the phone number (which the website link is on saxon's website). I spoke with a gentleman at saxon and he knew nothing about it just the phone number

You need to keep calling Saxon until you get someone on the phone that knows what they are talking about. Ask to speak with a manager.

Oh my goodness I tried to speak to a supervisior and the gentlemen REFUSED to let me speak to one. He kept saying over and over "No I will not let you talk to a supervisior and they willl tell you the same thing I am". Talk about ABUSE. After 20 minutes of me asking him "Are you REFUSING to let me speak with a supervisior" he finally put one on (after a nother 10 min of hold). Who was just as helpful as the first guy. I wish anyone luck who has to deal with them. I will keep trying, but we are still customers and deserve respect. Know a extension and name of someone who knows what they are talking about?

Please let me know if you get anywhere with Saxon. My first mortgage is with them and i am just starting to check into th H4H program. I have recently sent over the documents needed to see if I quailify for a loan modification. They did not mention the H4H program to me.

Oh I wish I had anything positive to tell you but I do not. I truely believe they want to foreclose-at least their employees send that msg. Try going to a HUD approved credit couselor-I hear they have great luck. Seems the mortgage co do not want to work with the customer. I went to the HUD website and found a couselor in my area-just went and spoke with her on Friday, so I do not know anything yet. But she said she has worked with them before and had good luck-cross your fingers-will keep you posted. I believe JP Morgan actually has the mortgage-you might want to look into who exactly is your lender. Saxon is just the middle man. You might have luck there. Hope this helps

I really think those that have Saxon should call your states banking department and file a complaint with them. Also in the process your states banking department might be able to let you know of any special state or local programs they may have. In addition I would suggest calling Hope Now at 1.888.995.HOPE they are a free mortgage modification service. I really wish I could offer more help and I truly hope that the government will step in a slap these banks around.
