I say you send the docs via certified mail and CC a lawyer. Then you could say I have proof you have the docs and they where signed for by this person, ect. Keep trying you will succeed.

They do not want to help there investors do not want to deal I myself am going to file a complaint. you would think they would take less in interest to help people get by and avoid foreclosure but that is not the case. The goverment should really invetigate the way they do bussinesss and how they lie to the people they really do not care at all !!!!!!!!

Saxon has been nothing but a bigger problem than we already have. My husband called them about 18 months ago. They told us the same thing everybody else is hearing. They cannot help until we become delinquent on our mortgage. Which is why we called in the first place. Hoping to prevent that from happening. Finally we couldn't make the mortgage and fell behind. My husband called again and this time they told us that they still couldn't help. We needed to be at least 3 months behind. (Sounds so far out there...) Well to make a long story short after 9 months of not beeing able to make the payments we received a foreclosure notice in the mail. We kept on trying to get a hold of anybody there and it was like a human doesn't exist in that company. They were calling our home and everytime I picked up the phone it wasn't even a real person. It was a computerized call. My husband finally got a hold of someone. We are close to sendinng in our documentation in the next 24 hrs. I'd be surprised if they'd be able to assist us. Wish us luck...
