I got scammed by this company based in Colorado called First Foreclosure Solutions. For $2,000.00 they garanteed they would get me a loan modification(principle balance lowered)and also told me if they were not able to they would reimburse my money. Guess what? I'm now in the process of filling out a form with the Better Business Bureau of Colorado to try and get my money back.

Obama is a professional speech writer.

I'm not getting any jobs I'm not qualified for.

Now that he is in office and going to tax the heck out of us Americans, just hang on to your seats and see if we can survive the ride.

I'm angry too!

ANGRY!

As a tax paying, blood donating, law abiding American who is at 130% LTV (Loan to value, ie.; owe $571k and value now at $440k) with NO mortgage lates ever....I'm ANGRY!!!!!

He will help people with his new plan to 105% LTV....WHAT ABOUT ME?????!!!!!

WHAT ABOUT Y-O-U?!

Yes, the Hope for Homeowners Program costs almost $5,000. The company I contacted wanted $995 up front and the other $3995 at closing. There's no real good statistical records to show how successful they've been, and from my dealings with the company I dealt with, I got bad vibes. I haven't run across one person on this website or any other website that can say they've had success with them. The guy I dealt with was too pushy and couldn't keep his story straight. He could care less that I couldn't afford to put $5,000 on a credit card and kept saying, "Yeah, but we're saving you $100 grand." That doesn't mean a whole lot if you can't pay your bills after they save your house and you end up losing it anyway! He didn't want to hear that. I'd stay away from this program until someone can verify it's validity, even if it is supported by HUD or involves FHA lenders. Nobody has proof they can do what they claim!
