Check with H4H. They mentioned something about filing an extension with the Superior Court that may delay foreclosure 7 mos to a year. Call your local HUD for information also in doing this.I will look into it tomorrow. Im running out of time.

Call Dawn Nyholm. She may provide you with some helpful information even if you arent using them.
