Hi everyone i bet by now thats tried to get help from wells fargo now says let it fail they are no help if they fail the fed will help us they wont worthless bank for sure the fed needs to shut them down asap

You need to help yourself! Cant wait for the government; do what you have to...call your lender every day asking for help! Call other lenders to see if they can help. Sell your home if you must.

I have a Wells Fargo loan, I called then three months into my intrest rate going up, I told them I need help and they said if I pay my loan for six months on time and in full they will re-modify my loan into a 30 year fixed. Well they put me into a thirty year fixed and increased my mortgage $ amount by two hundred more, so I went from a monthly payment of $1686.00 to $2600.00 per month.

I've stopped paying and wrote to my congress men, they asked me to write them a letter discribing my situation and giving them my loan information. Once they received my letter, they wrote one of their own and added it to my letter and sent it off to Wells Fargo. That seemed to get Wells Fargo attention, now they have fast tracked my case and they are putting me into a "Hope for Home" loan.

So everyone needs to write to their Congress Men ASAP.

How could Wells Fargo put you into the Hope for Home Owners program it is on hold due the new stimoulous package the President put out. Changes in the guidelines are before Congress now due since it is a law Congress must sign off on any changes. They said they would review but now they won't have time due to it almost vacation time for Congress (Friday) for a few weeks. So, I don't know what they gave you but is not the Hope for Homeowners program! Good Luck!
