My lender( EMC ) Contact to me on my Loan Modification
They told me that i had a Ballon Payment( I DID NOT KNOW THAT)WOW Okay, but here's my option
1. Keep the Ballon Payment until 2020 and my payments are 349.27
2. Remove the Ballon Payments $586. until 2020 5%
3. Remove the ballon Payments $349. until 2036 5%
This is on my secound loan ...What tools can I use to help with option 3 and payments to 250.00 and my house was worth $490000... its now value at 180000
