I have Wells Fargo as my first mortgage. Are you telling me I am in for a battle as far as loan modification / refinance with them? I do not know if I can take any more stress. I am almost 3 payments behind on my first but have managed to stay current on my second (different company) because they lowered my "second" payments.

Wells fargo is a joke.They only know how to stall people and take their money. They are in this for themselves,and I suggest that all of us get an attorney and sue them for the stress and all the games they want to play with hard working people.I have been in battle with them for 3 months now and finally told them I would get an attorney to sue.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
