I can't find a legitimate lender for H4H 3 Years, 1 Month ago

Can you tell me if there are any legitimate lenders who have actually helped people in Southern CA? I have been told by lawyers who are chasig me down, that my debt to income ratio is too high without a "bundled" program that only they can provide. This would include a modification with my lender,(who by the way, won't work with me at all) and an FHA loan. Is this the only option? I am also upside down and almost 2 months behind and getting nervous about qualifying at all for anything.

I just pulled an updated list of the H4H via FHA website which has been updated on 4/10/2009 with the lastest participating lenders list. Check it out.
