Yes its true many banks still do not have their own guidelines about it, dont give up keep calling them and ask.

The program is ready and people are getting into it, not all banks are ready however. You can apply with a different H4H lender by searching here portal.hud.gov/pls/portal/url/ITEM/595D1...43C8E04400144F9D3D85
