How come I can't get through to the lender list for H4H via your link?

Excuse me I tried several lenders in ohio on this list and was told over and over again that the H4H program is not happening right now due to no specific guidelines!

Thanks for the great info, but how long do you think we have to wait. It seems that everytime I speak to someone over at EMC, they don't know what the previous person has said or agreed to. I don't want to lose my home. My Son will be home from Iraq soon and I want him to come have a home to come to.

I agree with you 100%, there is no h4h happening at this time until some guidelines are set for the lender, including all the ones on the so called participating lists from fha hud!

I am sorry to say the lenders on the web site want to help but they can't find a bank to underwrite the loan. FHA and HUD say this program is ready and they will tell you these lenders can help but the truth is they must be underwritten by a bank and there has been no bank to step up yet!I am searching daily to find one that will accept this H4H application but no one yet! When I find one I will be sure to log on and let every one know, I may shout it from the roof top!
