this is true about an FHA loan however Chase can modify the loan by reducing the interest rate and extending the terms of the loan good luck, call a HOPE councleor for assistance.

Chase is very good about modification of loans; it takes awhile to get done. I would seek help from the bank. If you wish to finance you can do a streamline refinance through FHA but you must be current on your loan.
