I am considering a H4H loan. I am current on my mortgage payments but struggling to make them. I am on fixed income of SS only. I am wondering if there is an income qualification for the H4H loan and also wondering if my bad credit would keep me from obtaining loan.

you should contact your current lender and see if they can do anything for you. They can answer some of your questions and they have your history so they would know what can be done for you.
