we are behind on pmts (2), have been modified twice, but pmt still way to much to handle, upside down by at least 150,000. I keep hearing you cannot be late on any pmts to qualify for refinancing, but we cant stay caught up because its just to much with all of our other bills. Our credit score is horrible now (500), we just dont know what if anything can be done. Help
